Ministry of Sounds Underground series continues – this time in celebration of the WMC 2011 (Winter Music Conference).
The WMC is the hottest date in the party calendar – a weeklong festival spread around South Beach and downtown Miami with most of Miami’s famous clubs, such as Space, Cameo, Mansion, Ink, Twilo and Opium Garden playing host. Aimed at DJs, record label reps and promoters, the event has been held every March since the mid-1980’s and has fast become a must-do for music professionals as well as party-lovers and celebrities, with around 30% of attendees travelling from outside the U.S in search of sun, fun and new music.
The week culminates in the Ultra Music Festival, held on Saturday in Bicentennial Park, which is the single largest electronic music concert in the U.S. Hundreds of DJs play for 14 hours in front of 50,000 people.

This year’s all star line-features Laidback Luke, Michael Woods, Afrojack & Bobby Burns, Kim Fai, 2000 And One, Marc Romboy & Stephan Bodzin, Joris Voorn, Kaiserdisco & Flavio Diaz to name but a few, least not forgetting Miami’s newest party scene Dubstep.
